Psychodrama is a method of investigation of the individual’s inner world, established in Vienna in 1920 by J.L Moreno (1889-1974). Initially developed as a method of group therapy - therapy which takes place in a group – however further developed as a method of Individual Therapy and is widely practiced as such.

Group Workshops
A variety of workshops can be set up for groups of approx. 10 teenagers or adults. Workshops can be topic focused (Plastic Arts, Psychodrama etc.) and may include a number of experiences from the world of Expressive Arts.
